Time for a quick heart-to-heart chat. Grab your favorite beverage and ponder the following things with me. There have been a ton of accusations of sexual crimes lately. It seems like everyday there is someone new who is being accused. We must stop viewing woman and men as sexual objects immediately. It is repulsive the number of allegations that just continue to appear daily.
What I don’t understand is that everyone who has any kind of allegations against them has either been fired, encouraged to resign, or put on a black list. Everyone who has been accused has been forced to face the music except Trump. Why is he being treated differently? Why does it seem that everyone is just looking the other way when it comes to him?
Trump has multiple women making multiple allegations against him. Yet, no action has been taken against him. He seems to be above the law. Why are we treating this habitual offender differently than the others? News Flash: Trump is not above the law.
He needs to be treated like everyone else who has been accused of sexual crimes. The women who have accused him need to have their stories heard. Then Trump can make his defense against him. It’s the only fair and ethical way to handle all of these accusations against him. Trump has multiple accusers making multiple accusations, so why has no action being implemented? Don’t forget that during the campaign Trump said he was going to sue these women who accused him of assault. Of course, he has done nothing.
There appears to be a double standard for Trump and other men accused of sexual misconduct. Those women deserve justice just as much as any other victim. Trump has got to be judged accordingly. Bill Clinton was impeached because he lied under oath regarding a civil lawsuit filed by a woman who had accused him of sexual assault.
These women deserve their day in court. They deserve to have their stories heard. And Donald Trump needs to be called to account – either in the justice system or by Congress.
