Trump’s Bigly Little White Lies

By Darrell Roberts

If deceit were a noble quality,  President Trump and his administration would rank aside the grandest of undisputable blue-blood royalty.  Unfortunately, for Trump and his ilk, treachery, lies, and falsehoods are generally frowned upon by the majority*.

*DISCLAIMER:  The Electoral College does not care about the majority.  It must be noted the claims, “That’s why the American people voted Trump into office” are alternative facts.  By nearly three million votes, the majority of Americans elected Hillary “Hot Sauce” Clinton to be President of the United States.  It was the Electoral College (perhaps along with some Russian micro-targeting in key states) that selected Trump as President.  Donald Trump is the President of the Electoral College and not by the people.

Not all Americans are fools, sir.

However, the modern-day land of opportunity has grown accustomed to receiving instant gratification–you have thirteen seconds to entertain us or els[e]…CLICK!  Americans simply no longer have time, nor the attention span, for the boring.   Who can afford to learn “the details” along with other trivial information overloads?  Thou must fit a given message or narrative in 140 characters or less.  For example, explaining why, after many years of thorough investigation, Hillary Clinton has not been convicted of any crimes and sent to prison equals BORING.  On the other hand, “Lock Her Up” is both easy to remember, flows effortlessly, and reflects the suitable rage befitting the befouling tongue.

No, Twitter there was no need to double the character limit; TLDR.

A word of advice to the “Fake” News media–provide exactly what the target audience wishes to hear, or else!  Certainly, there remain other outlets awaiting to pounce on the opportunity to provide the quick fix of “real” news in a straightforward (with a slant) narrative.  What the elite refer to as anecdotal, many in “real” ‘Murica along with their like-minded group-think proletariat demands to be their chosen truth.

No, we shan’t “fact” check as it has been proven (no need to look it up, it must be true because other people say the same thing!) that independent “fact-checking organizations” are just as “fake” as the fakest of “Fake” news.   For the fact-checking institutions often ignore the simplest of narratives.  Instead, they opt to cater to those that require deep analysis, “facts,” and proof–obviously to trick the sheep into supporting their desired fictional pre-determined conclusions.

Many a consumer commands to hear that Obama is the devil, Hillary is a criminal, and President Trump is a victim of a character assassination attempt–by the elites, by the “Deep State” and by “The Swamp.”  For this must be the narrative of the commanding customer!  Do you know nothing?  The customer is always right!  Or else, the given patrons will blindly label non-compliant organizations as “Fake” news, you…pillocks!

Sure, the UN-Deplorable masses could prove the elite media outlets, fact-checking organizations, Climate scientists, and anyone else wrong with their own facts of feeling derived, not from the brain or books, from the heart.  Besides, it’s far easier to just say, “Fake” news,” and to turn any rise of internal hypocrisy into anger aimed at those organizations that mock President Trump and his ilk.  Furthermore, the blame of others serves to justify overlooking the tomfoolery of Trump and his administration.

To all the Democrats, Republicans, and Independents that comprise the anti/never-Trump–the most important course of action is to continue to increase “The Resistance” of a Trump Presidency through facts and truth.

Most importantly–VOTE!

However, avoid the pitfalls of emotional debate with the Trump crowd, as emotions are a clever ploy to muddy the waters of both fact and truth.  Which leads to a few facts to encourage never normalizing or accepting the Trump administration’s shady nature as a new status quo–because this is not normal.

While in office, President Trump averages telling over FIVE lies per day.

Despite his pre-election criticism of President Obama’s golf outings, along with his August 2016 pre-election vow to be too busy to golf or ever leave the White House:

“If I win I may never see my property — I may never see these places again. But because I’m going to be working for you, I’m not going to have time to go golfing, believe me. Believe me. Believe me, folks.”

President Trump has visited one of his own properties 34 out his 45 weekends in office.

In fact, nearly one-third of Trump’s days in office has been spent visiting his personal properties.

In slightly over 300 days in office, President Trump has spent 103 days at one of his own personally owned, non-divested properties.

As for Trump’s golf outings, according to the extremely thorough folks at‘s estimate that his outings have cost the taxpayers:

At least $84,387,465!?!

Furthermore, an official tally for golf rounds played has become a cat and mouse game as Trump nor his staff is forthcoming about his golf habit.

However, at his current pace, President Trump is “on track to spend as much on track to spend as much as triple the time former President Barack Obama did on the golf course in his first year in office.”

Of course, there is nothing inherently wrong with a President getting some exercise and a brief period of leisure while serving the ultra demands of Presidential duties.  That is until Trump came along yelping endless criticism against Obama.  Even worse, Trump has proven his criticism was nothing more than empty rhetoric of a true hypocrite.  However, Trump has demonstrated that his words and promises carry little in the way of meaning.  Also, he has displayed a strong resiliency against giving a damn what anyone thinks.

He’s gonna do whatever he wants!  Even if that means ignoring living up to his own words, promises, or rhetoric.

But worst of all, many of his blind followers (that claim to not “see color”), for one reason or another, seem to not give an iota about Trump’s Bigly Little White Lies.

Writing is my passion, whether you agree, disagree, love, or hate the expression of my passion is not important. What is important, is that those that read my words are never bored by doing so.
